jiliivo reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.
All transactions on the jiliivo Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jiliivo does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.
Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. jiliivo reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

You may close your jiliivo account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
jiliivo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In the event of termination for cause, jiliivo may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold winnings pending investigation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
