jiliivo acts as the data controller for all personal information collected through the Platform. As data controller, jiliivo determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing complies with applicable Philippine data protection law.

2. Personal Data We Collect

jiliivo collects personal data through several channels, including account registration, identity verification, payment processing, gameplay activity, and your interactions with our customer support team. The categories of personal data we collect include:

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued ID
• Date of birth (used to verify the 21+ age requirement) 21+

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence)
• Proof of address documents
• Selfie or liveness check images submitted during verification
• Source of funds documentation where required by anti-money laundering regulations

2.3 Financial Data

• GCash or PayMaya mobile wallet number (masked)
• Bank account details for BPI, BDO, or Metrobank withdrawals (masked)
• Visa or Mastercard details (processed and stored by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor; jiliivo does not store full card numbers)
• Transaction history, deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, and account balance records

2.4 Gameplay & Behavioural Data

• Game session logs, bet history, win/loss records, and wagering patterns
• Responsible gaming tool usage (deposit limits set, cooling-off periods activated, self-exclusion requests)

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), jiliivo processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfil our obligations under the jiliivo Terms & Conditions, including account management, payment processing, and game provision.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with Philippine law, including PAGCOR regulatory requirements, Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations, and tax reporting duties.
• Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement, where such interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
• Consent: Processing for direct marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have provided explicit, freely given, and informed consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Sharing Your Personal Data

jiliivo does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and card payment processors, for the purpose of executing deposits and withdrawals.
• Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC service providers engaged to verify your identity and age in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Game software providers: Licensed game studios whose titles are hosted on the jiliivo Platform, to the extent necessary for game operation and fairness auditing.
• Regulatory authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other competent Philippine government bodies, where disclosure is required by law or court order.
• IT and security service providers: Cloud hosting, cybersecurity, and fraud detection vendors engaged under strict data processing agreements.
• Professional advisers: Legal counsel, auditors, and compliance consultants, subject to professional confidentiality obligations.

All third-party service providers engaged by jiliivo are contractually required to process your personal data only for the specified purpose and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

6. Data Retention

jiliivo retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Our general retention periods are as follows:

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR and AMLA record-keeping requirements.
• KYC / identity verification documents: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of verification or account closure, whichever is later.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of each transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Gameplay and session logs: Retained for 2 years from the date of each session, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution or regulatory investigation.
• Marketing communications data: Retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, after which it is deleted within 30 days.
• Support communications: Retained for 2 years from the date of the last interaction.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jiliivo will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in a manner that prevents reconstruction or identification.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

jiliivo uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, analyse usage patterns, and deliver relevant content. The categories of cookies we use are:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These cannot be disabled. They include session authentication tokens, security cookies, and load-balancing cookies.
• Functional cookies: Remember your language preference, display settings, and responsible gaming tool configurations to personalise your experience.
• Analytics cookies: Collect aggregated, anonymised data about how players navigate the Platform, which pages are visited most frequently, and where errors occur. This data helps jiliivo improve the Platform.
• Marketing cookies: Used only with your explicit consent to track your interactions with jiliivo promotional content and measure campaign effectiveness. No personal data is shared with external advertising networks.

You may manage your cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may impair the functionality of the Platform. Withdrawing consent for marketing cookies will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

8. Data Security

jiliivo implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the jiliivo Platform.
• AES-256 encryption for sensitive data stored in our databases, including financial records and identity documents.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) available for all player accounts to prevent unauthorised login.
• PCI-DSS compliant payment processing — full card numbers are never stored on jiliivo servers.
• Regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments conducted by independent security specialists.
• Role-based access controls ensuring that jiliivo staff can only access personal data necessary for their specific job function.
• Incident response procedures in place to detect, contain, and notify affected individuals and the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of any personal data breach within the timeframes prescribed by RA 10173.

While jiliivo takes all reasonable precautions to safeguard your data, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely immune to risk. You are encouraged to use a strong, unique password for your jiliivo account and to enable 2FA from your account settings.

9. Your Data Privacy Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by jiliivo:

• Right to be informed: The right to know what personal data jiliivo collects, how it is used, and with whom it is shared — as set out in this Policy.
• Right of access: The right to request a copy of the personal data jiliivo holds about you.
• Right to rectification: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Right to erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to jiliivo's legal retention obligations.

10. Minors

The jiliivo Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. 21+ jiliivo does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from an individual below the minimum age, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the data, and return any deposits in accordance with applicable regulations.

11. International Data Transfers

jiliivo primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers located outside the Philippines (for example, cloud infrastructure or KYC verification providers), jiliivo ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including contractual data protection clauses that provide a level of protection equivalent to that required under RA 10173.

jiliivo will not transfer your personal data to any jurisdiction that does not provide an adequate level of data protection without first obtaining your explicit consent or implementing appropriate contractual safeguards.

jiliivo reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory guidance. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jiliivo Platform following the posting of an updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
